GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio - Two people were pulled from a car that landed upside-down on I-480 in Garfield Heights Thursday morning.
The crash happened just before 7 a.m. in the westbound lanes just before the Broadway exit.
Our crew at the scene said it appeared only one car was involved, and the car landed on its top in the fast lane. The two people pulled from the car appeared to be conscious.
Police said the two victims were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment. There's no word yet on their conditions.
Crews cleared the scene at about 8:25 a.m., but traffic continues to be backed up for miles in the area.
