Accident backs up state Route 8 northbound in Cuyahoga Falls

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio - The mayor of Cuyahoga Falls is asking drivers to avoid state Route 8 following an accident Friday afternoon.
The severe traffic crash happened in the northbound lane just before the Graham Road exit, Mayor Don Robart said in a news release. Traffic is back up to the Front Street Exit.
Akron police said SR 8 is congested from Cuyahoga Falls to Akron.
