CLEVELAND - An early morning crash on the Ohio Turnpike closed the highway, and sent five people to area hospitals
The eastbound lanes of the Turnpike has been reopened at mile marker 204, however, the right lane remains closed.
According to the State Patrol, the two-car accident happened eastbound on the Turnpike at mile marker 204. Officials say three medical helicopters landed on the scene, as five people were injured in the accident.
Mile maker 204 is about five miles west of State Route 5.
