CLEVELAND - Snowy conditions are causing traffic issues this morning during rush hour. Check updates from Good Morning Cleveland traffic reporter Jackie Zabielski.

9:50 a.m.: accident on I-77 NB near Archwood Ave. Slow traffic from Arlington Rd, delay of 3 mins

8:49 a.m.: Accident RT 8 NB at Perkins St. Center Lane blocked.

8:41 a.m.: 271 whiteout conditions. Accident southbound into Miles

8:32 a.m.: 480 EB center lane blocked at Granger Rd. 480 EB is basically a parking lot.

8:27 a.m.: 422 WB into 271 very slow in both directions.

8:23 a.m.: 480 EB, 37 MINS from Turnpike to 77. Under 20 mph average speed.

8:22 a.m.: Accident on Broadway Ave at E. 104th St

8:21 a.m.: 71 NB snow covered at W. 25th street. One lane of traffic getting by.

8:06 a.m.: 77N and 71N are hardly moving into 90.

8:05 a.m.: 480 EB from 80 to 77 is now SLAMMED with traffic.

8:02 a.m.: Spinouts on 90 EB near Vrooman Rd in Lake County.

7:55 a.m.: Jackknifed semi causing issues at 90E before RT 44

7:51 a.m.: 90 Inbound from West Side, heavy traffic approaching 77. Shoreway Inbound from east side, less than 20 MPH to dead mans curve. #cletraffic

7:49 a.m.: Accident on shoreway outbound at Martin Luther King Jr Dr
