CLEVELAND - Yes, it is April 1. But this does not appear to be an April Fools' joke.
According to AAA, gas prices across the state dropped 14 cents from last week.
However, that was not the case at the Speedway gas station, on Cleveland's west side at West 150th and Interstate 71. At first our cameras recorded the price for regular unleaded as $3.46. Then, minutes later, the price jumped 22 cents to $3.69.
AAA said a gallon of regular gas in Ohio costs, on average, $3.56 per gallon. That's 14 cents less that last Monday's average price.
Prices are down as well from last month, about 21 cents lower.
