CLEVELAND,Ohio - Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School junior, Jordan Walker, is the McDonald's student athlete of the week.
Jordan is captain of the volleyball team and led the Lady Vikings in team kills. She was named First-team All District.
With a 4.2 GPA, Walker is also a student ambassador and member of the National Honor Society.
Walker's academics are just as good as her volleyball game.
"I value my academics very much and I know that I want to pursue high academic goals in college as well," said Walker.
"She really brings talent and commitment to her team, to the school and to the classroom. Jordan really adds to what it means to be a Viking family here at VASJ," explained athletic director Nancy Naujoks.
Congratulations Jordan Walker for being this week's McDonald's Student Athlete of the Week.
