CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Browns are in Cincinnati Sunday in search of their first win of the year. The Bengals swept the season series last year.

Some surprises early Sunday for the Browns. Buster Skrine will start in place of Sheldon Brown at corner. Pat Shurmur opting for younger and faster against the Bengals band of wide receivers. Scott Fujita will also start for the Browns.

Browns will wear brown shirts and white pants.

Inactives: Thad Lewis, Jordan Norwood, Brandon Jackson, Ray Ventrone, James-Michael Johnson, Oniel Couins, Tank Carder

Bengals win the toss and defer.

Browns open with a little trick play to Travis Benjamin that was good for 13 yards and a first down, but the drive stalled when Weeden was sacked.

Browns Reggie Hodges ripped a 53 yard punt that was taken back for a score by Adam Jones 80 yards.

Browns bounce back and put together drive 9 plays 32 yards time of posession 4:12 and results in Phil Dawson 50 yard fieldgoal.

Browns give three points back to Bengals after back to back penalties. Former Buckeye Mike Nugent nails 39 yard field goal to complete 7 play 56 yard drive in 3:20.

Bengals with huge momentum swing. Andy Dalton hits Andrew Hawkins who weaves his way 50 yards for the touchdown. Bengals drive 8 plays 77 yards 4:23 .

Browns offense comes right back with a nice drive directed by Brandon Weeden. 8 plays 80 yards completed with a 24 yard touchdown pass to Greg Little.

Biggest play of the game. 24 yard completion to Jermaine Gresham which allowed Bengals to keep drive alive and resulted in a 37 yard field goal by Mike Nugent.

Bengals 38 Browns 24.  Bengals went 11 plays 58 yards in 5:02.

Brandon Weeden would toss his second touchdown of the game after an 8 play 80 yard drive, connecting with Greg Little for a 24 yard score. Both teams would trade field goals but the Bengals would hold on for their third straight win over the the Browns in "The Battle of Ohio" 34-27 the final.

Notes: Trent Richardson rushed 19 times for 109 yards and a touchdown, he also caught a td pass. the rookie running back fro Alabama becomes the first Browns rookie back to rush for 100 yards in a game since Lee Suggs did it against the Bengals in 2003.

Brandon Weeden was 26 of 37 for 322 yards and 2 touchdowns. Weeden broke Eric Zeier's mark for the most passing yards by a rookie in a game. Zeier threw for 310 yards for the Bengals in 1995.
