Pagano worked with Norv Turner who is expected to be named the Browns Offensive Coordinator next week upon his return from a family vacation in Hawaii and Browns new head coach Rob Chudzinski who was the Chargers Tight Ends coach and Offensive Coordinator in his two stops in San Diego.
Pagano is the brother of Chuck Pagano who is the Colts head coach and a former Browns coach.
