COLUMBUS, Ohio - After a wild and at times chaotic season, it all seems so simple now for No. 14 Ohio State.
If the Buckeyes win on Sunday in their regular-season finale at home against Illinois, they'll ride a five-game winning streak into the postseason -- and might even have a surprising share of the Big Ten championship.
Not so long ago, Ohio State fans were grousing because their team had lost three of four to spiral out of contention. Big wins at home against No. 4 Michigan State on Feb. 24 and on the road at No. 2 Indiana on Tuesday -- along with upsets for the teams ahead of them -- have transformed the season.
Suddenly, the Buckeyes have hopes for a four-way tie for the title.
