Cleveland State struggles in 77-50 loss at Green Bay

GREEN BAY, Wis. - Jordan Fouse had 17 points and 10 rebounds and Green Bay continued its strong defensive play at home, defeating Cleveland State 77-50 Saturday.

The Phoenix (10-9, 4-2 Horizon) won their seventh straight at the Resch Center -- a stretch in which their opponents are averaging just 49 points per game and shooting 33 percent from the field.

Fouse also had four steals, four assists and three blocked shots Saturday. Sultan Muhammad added 15 points, Alec Brown and Keifer Sykes scored 14 each, and Brennan Cougill had 11 points and 10 rebounds. Green Bay overcame 19 turnovers by shooting 55 percent from the floor and outrebounding the Vikings 41-18.

Bryn Forbes and Junior Lomomba had 12 points apiece for Cleveland State (10-10, 2-4), which fell behind by double digits within the first six minutes of the game.
