CLEVELAND - Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving will miss Friday nights game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Irving is dealing with soreness in his right knee. It's the third straight game the reigning NBA rookie of the year will miss.
Irving suffered the injury during practice last week before the Cavaliers three game road trip to Orlando, Miami and Chicago.
Following Friday's game, Irving and the Cavaliers are off till Monday night when they welcome the New York Knicks to Quicken Loans Arena on Kyrie Irving bobblehead night.
