The Cavaliers have named Koby Altman their pro personnel manager.

Altman spent the past two seasons as an assistant at Columbia. He will replace Wes Wilcox, who left the Cavs to join former Cleveland general manager Danny Ferry's front office in Atlanta.

Altman will be responsible for coordinating Cleveland's domestic scouting, and he'll assist general manager Chris Grant and vice president of basketball operations David Griffin with other personnel matters.

The 29-year-old Altman has also worked extensively for USA Basketball. After playing at Middlebury College, Altman worked as a graduate assistant at Southern Illinois.
