Back in the USA. It's refreshing to hear those words for Roberto Hernandez. When we last witnessed him on the mound he was Fausto Carmona.
It was before he was busted by the Dominican Republic government for using a fake Id, with a fake name and age.
Earlier this week he cleared through U.S. immigration to get his work visa to play with the Indians. He is currently suspended by Major League Baseball for three weeks.
He made his first minor league start in Eastlake, playing for the single-a Lake County Captains against West Michigan. Hernandez threw five innings, allowing six hits, three runs, just one earned, no walks, four strike outs, and one home run.
