Man facing charges for stealing cheese and bathing in library sink

CINCINNATI - A 52-year-old homeless man is facing charges for allegedly stealing cheese and bathing in a library's sink.
Police in Cincinnati said Darrell Bess stole four pounds of cheese from Findlay Market and two DVD's from the Hamilton County Public Library.
When Cincinnati Police arrested Bess, he was bathing naked in the library's bathroom sink. Police said along with the DVD's and cheese, he was carrying two knives and a razor at the time of the arrest.
Bess is being charged with public indecency, carrying a concealed weapon, theft and receiving stolen property.
Bess was also arrested in May for allegedly stealing from Kroger.
