CINCINNATI - Police say a Cincinnati concertgoer threatened them multiple times, then beat his head against a partition inside their cruiser after his arrest.

The 39-year-old man named Forrest Frankenstein appeared Monday before a judge who asked why he "went crazy" on a night in which he also allegedly kicked a cruiser window. Frankenstein replied that he had been drinking.

The man also said he didn't really remember anything.

He was at an Aug. 27 concert by country music star Toby Keith, whose hits include a song that states: "You ain't much fun since I quit drinkin'."

Frankenstein, from Hamilton in southwest Ohio, was being held Tuesday on $80,000 bond on counts of menacing, disorderly conduct and vandalism.
