COLUMBUS, Ohio - Ohio is replacing its standard red-white-and-blue license plates with a “Beautiful Ohio” design.
It features a city skyline, a farm and biplane.
The Ohio Registrar of Motor Vehicles announced the change Wednesday.
The new plate was introduced in November. Since then, it has outsold the old design three to one.
The new plate is not mandatory for those renewing registrations.
