WESTERVILLE, Ohio - Investigators in central Ohio are trying to figure out what happened to a young woman found dead in her car on a country road.
The Delaware County Sheriff's Office said the body found in the car Wednesday was 23-year-old Deanna Ballman, a pregnant woman who had been reported missing by her family.
A deputy responding to a call about a suspicious vehicle parked on a road in rural Harlem Township -- about 15 miles northeast of downtown Columbus -- discovered her body.
Family members said Ballman, who lived in nearby Pataskala, had headed out to do a house-cleaning job she found through an online classified ad.
Her mother said Ballman called around 4 p.m. Tuesday and said she wasn't feeling well, and then the call was dropped.
