KENT, Ohio - Kent Police say 21 people were arrested at this year's Halloween party Saturday night, down from 53 in 2010.
Most of the arrests were the result of fighting and there was only one hospitalization reported.
Officials were expecting around 20,000 people at the annual Halloween celebration near Kent State University's main campus.
Police were in full force patrolling the area and watching out for underage drinkers.
