LEBANON, Ohio - Funeral arrangements have been set for a southwest Ohio soldier killed in action in Afghanistan last weekend.
Sgt. First Class Bobby Estle of Lebanon was one of two Fort Drum, N.Y.-based soldiers killed when their unit was attacked with small arms fire. The 38-year-old soldier was just days away from a visit home to see his wife and three children.
Estle's body is scheduled to arrive Sunday afternoon at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
Public visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the Cornerstone Church of God in Lebanon. The funeral service will be held at the same church at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
Estle served two tours in Iraq and two in Afghanistan.
