Would you eat a Big Mac on Christmas? McDonald's apparently bets many people would.

The McDonald's Corporation is reportedly encouraging its franchises to open on Christmas Day.

Originally, the company said it would close on Christmas to give employees time with their families, but an internal McDonald's memo leaked to Advertising Age details the change of heart.

McDonald's has not confirmed nor denied this.
