Isidora Lopez and her son, Damien, were on their way to Louisiana when they found themselves caught up in the crash.
Their dog, Bo, disappeared during the confusion of the accident. Luckily, a tow truck driver saw the puppy, and rescued it thinking it belonged to someone.
Somehow word spread that the driver found the puppy and the family claimed him. The family said they thought they would never see Bo again.
