Cleveland ranked high on list of top 50 U.S. cities with bed bugs

CLEVELAND - A new report ranks Cleveland 13th on a list of the top 50 cities for bed bugs, according to an ABC News report.
Cincinnati was on top of the list and Columbus came in at sixth.
Cities enjoy being identified as safe and affordable, but not being labeled as having a lot of bed bug treatments.
According to Rollins, the corporation that owns seven pest control companies, including Orkin, there has been a 33.6 percent increase in bed bug business compared to 2010. The company released its rankings of U.S. cities in order of the number of bed bug treatments from January to December 2011.
Chicago ranked second, followed by Detroit, Denver, and Los Angeles, according to the report.
The report also said Los Angeles moved from 25th to fifth on the list.
