5-year-old Colorado boy finds porn on Nintendo 3DS given as gift for Christmas

LAKEWOOD, Colo. - A Colorado couple got quite a shock when their young son found porn loaded onto the toy he received as a gift for Christmas.
Mark Giles of Lakewood, Colo., said he was very excited when his child opened up the Nintendo 3DS.
But that excitement quickly turned to anger. The toy contained about nine pornographic images.
"He handed the DS to Bryton and Bryton said, 'Dad, I don't think he should be looking at these pictures,’" said Giles.
"I said 'Dad, this DS has porn on it,’” said Bryton.
Giles said he took the Nintendo back to GameStop.
The store told him the images were from a previous owner and they weren't caught before the refurbished device was sold.
GameStop gave him a new device along with several games.
