Man caught with drugs taped to his genitals in jail

NORWALK, Ohio - A Norwalk man was caught in jail with drugs taped to his genitals.
Kyle McConnell was arrested for theft and receiving stolen property by Norwalk police, according officers at the Huron County Jail.
McConell was taken to Huron County Jail. When he was asked to change into a jail outfit, officers saw he had marijuana taped to his genitals.
Officers say he was served with a citation for possession of marijuana. Additional charges for conveyance of drugs into a detention facility were forwarded to the Norwalk law director.
