CLEVELAND - Wind and rain have again knocked out power to regions battered by Superstorm Sandy two weeks ago.
Some customers who were without power for more than a week from Sandy are back in the dark.
Areas hit hardest by Monday's wet and windy conditions, as of 4 p.m., include:
Cleveland - 173
North Olmsted - 2,359
Shaker Heights - 317
Westlake - 581
Avon, Bay Village and North Ridgeville also experienced widespread power outages Monday morning, but electricity to those customers has since been restored.
