CLEVELAND - When you work the overnight shift, you come across some weird things.
NewsChannel5 photographer Mike Vielhaber shot this interesting video early Monday morning while heading through downtown Cleveland.
It’s a sight you have to see, as a woman dances out of the sunroof of a car driving down East 9th Street with temperatures at the time near 33 degrees and rain falling.
