VIDEO: Mother saves baby from train, man walks by on cell phone

It was a terrifying few moments for a mother out with her baby stroller.

Surveillance video from Australia shows a mother turning around to see her baby’s stroller slowly rolling down the platform toward the train track.

A man on his cell phone walks by and doesn’t try to stop the stroller as it heads toward the track.

The frantic mother jumped on the train track and rescued the baby before the next train came.

The five-month-old child wasn’t hurt.

The near miss was one of three that occurred at train stations last year.
