Pizza Hut proposal package provides pizza, ring, fireworks for $10,000

CLEVELAND - Valentine’s Day is just days away, and if you’re looking for the perfect way to pop the big questions to your sweetheart, Pizza Hut has a solution.

Pizza Hut is offering a special Valentine’s Day package that it’s calling the $10 Dinner Box Proposal Package, but don’t be fooled by the name. It costs $10,000, not $10.

The pizza giant said the package includes fireworks, a photographer and a ruby engagement ring. Of course, it comes with a Pizza Hut $10 Dinner Box. There’s also flowers and limo service.

“If we’re able to fit pizza, breadsticks and dessert into one box for only $10, why stop there?” said Kurt Kane, Pizza Hut CMO, in a news release. “Our customers want the best of everything, from their food to memorable life experiences. So we decided to make one of those experiences – the marriage proposal – second-to-none and offer it at PizzaHut.com right alongside the new $10 Dinner Box.”
