PHILADELPHIA - A public relations executive from Pennsylvania was briefly a quadrillionaire, thanks to a PayPal mistake.
When Chris Reynolds reviewed his monthly statement from Paypal last Friday, he found that his ending balance was $92,233,720,368,547,800, Philly.com reported .
Reynolds quipped to the newspaper that he was "feeling like a million bucks" when he opened the message.
Obviously, the amount of money credited to Reynolds' account was a mistake, and his life as quadrillionaire was short-lived.
"This is obviously an error and we appreciate that Mr. Reynolds understood this was the case," PayPal said in a statement.
