Former fans of disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong bought his books; now they want their money back.
A class action lawsuit has been filed in California against Armstrong and his publishers, accusing them of peddling fiction as fact.
The suit claims the publishers used fraud and false advertising to sell the best-sellers "It's Not About the Bike," and "Every Second Counts."
In both memoirs, Armstrong denied using performance enhancing drugs to win seven Tour de France races. The new suit does not specify how much money is being sought.
