Coupons.com report ranks Cleveland 6th most frugal city

CLEVELAND - A report released by Coupons.com has ranked Cleveland as the 6th most frugal city in the U.S.
The report also said Ohio is the country’s most frugal state, with Cincinnati ranking 4th and Columbus 20th on the list, in addition to Cleveland.
The rest of the top 5 most frugal cities according to Coupons.com were Atlanta, Tampa, St. Louis, and Raleigh.
Midwest cities appeared most frequently on the list, taking nine of the top 25 spots.
Coupons.com said it ranked cities based on its 2011 Savings Index, which measures each city’s total coupon savings on Coupons.com relative to its population size.
