WESTMINSTER, Colo. - A lucky day turns unlucky for a Colorado couple.

Chuck and Tisha Barry thought they had hit a $31,000 jackpot pot playing the penny slots at the Lady Luck casino this summer.

But their "Super Jackpot" turned out to be a super disappointment. Instead of $31,000, the Colorado Division of Gaming has decided the Barrys are only entitled to a refund of 80 cents.

KCNC-TV reports the state determined the slot machine locked up because of a technical glitch.

The Barrys have hired a lawyer.
