NEW DELHI, India - Security officials will tell you people try to get some strange things past airport checkpoints but at an airport in India, airport guards said a man had a primate in his underpants.
According to CNN, the man was flying to United Arab Emirates and they said he had a Loris hidden in his underwear.
The guards were conducting a routine pat-down when they discovered the rare Loris.
The Loris is a small primate that grows no more than 10 inches long. The species is originates in India and is listed as endangered.
Guards turned over the man to custom officials. Charges have not yet been filed.
Authorities said a second Loris was found in a trash can. They sent both to wildlife authorities.
