CLEVELAND - Family and friends of Tonya Hunter-Lyons gathered in a pouring rain Wednesday for a vigil in her honor.  The 42-year-old marriage and family counselor was stabbed to death Sunday at her home on Walden Avenue.

While the vigil was underway, a man came to the house with warrants for Maurice Lyons--Tonya's husband who has already been arrested and charged with her murder.

"It hurt me," said Tonya's friend Deonna Moore. "It made me even more convinced that our judicial system is flawed."

Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Marilyn Cassidy issued warrants for Lyons on June 22, but he wasn't arrested under Monday, the day after his wife's murder.
