CLEVELAND - Summer in the City, a free live concert series featuring bands from around the country, has returned to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum .
Fitz and the Tantrums kicked off the series Wednesday night. It's a neo-soul group that originated in Los Angeles, California.
The group has toured with several popular music acts, such as Maroon 5, and has performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
A Cleveland band, Clovers, also performed Wednesday.
Summer in the City is sponsored by Ohio Natural Gas, Magic Hat Brewing Company, Amtrak, KeyBank and Jim Beam.
The concerts are performed on the Museum Plaza, weather permitting.
