LOGAN, Ohio - Authorities in southeast Ohio say the mother-in-law of a woman found strangled in a septic tank has been indicted on a charge of murder.
Hocking County authorities said Tuesday a grand jury indicted Sandra Inman on counts of murder, kidnapping, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse. She will be arraigned later this month.
Inman had earlier pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to charges of kidnapping and abduction of 25-year-old Summer Inman in March. A message was left Tuesday for Sandra Inman's attorney.
Summer Inman's estranged husband and his father were charged earlier with murder and kidnapping. Both have pleaded not guilty.
Sandra Inman, age 46, had been undergoing competency evaluations. Details of her indictment weren't immediately available.
