CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP, Ohio - The Chippewa Township Fire Department battled a fire in a mobile home just after 10:30 a.m Sunday in the Oak Grove Estates trailer park.
When firefighters arrived to the trailer park off of Oak Grove Drive, they found a fully-involved mobile home.
Fire was seen shooting from all windows and heavy smoke filled the air as a light snow fell. Most of the interior of the trailer was destroyed by the fire. There are no fire hydrants in the area so water had to be trucked to the scene.
Norton, Clinton, New Franklin and Rittman all assisted Chippewa Township in battling the fire and delivering water.
According to firefighters on scene, everyone living in the trailer escaped the flames without injury.
The fire was under control just after 11:30 a.m., and the cause is under investigation.
