SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A 51-year-old Springfield Township woman has pleaded guilty to shooting her live-in boyfriend to death.

Sharon Hall, 51, pleaded guilty Tuesday to involuntary manslaughter.

Hall shot her live-in boyfriend, 55-year-old James Cody, multiple times in their home on July 12. When help arrived, Cody was already dead, medical experts said.

On March 26, Hall will be sentenced in Summit County Common Pleas Court at 1:30 p.m. She faces between 9 and 14 years in prison and won't be eligible for early release.
