CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio - A 3-month-old Labrador was found dead in the bushes of a Cuyahoga Falls pet store on Tuesday.
At about 3 p.m. someone threw the puppy out of a car at the PetSmart on Howe Avenue, according to Lt. Dale Grimley with the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department.
Police said there were two people in the tan car, but there are no surveillance cameras outside the store.
Grimley said the puppy was already dead when it was thrown from the car. It was not wearing a collar.
A local veterinarian’s officer is taking care of properly disposing the dog’s remains.
