BOSTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio - The installation of a new pedestrian bridge in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park will shut down I-271 for about a half-hour Tuesday, June 19 between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
The new walk bridge will connect the park's trail so that park visitors will not have to go onto Brandywine Road near the Brandywine Falls.
Monday morning, one side of the bridge was placed and was in place in 18 minutes, according to Ohio Department of Transportation Public Information Officer Brent Kovacs.
