AKRON, Ohio - Ice sculptors will show off their craft in cold weather.
Ice and vegetable carvers from the University of Akron’s Garde Manager Club are sculpting frozen and culinary art on Wednesday.
It’s part of Ice Fest 2013, a free event at the University of Akron, taking place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Student Union.
A speed-carving contest takes place at 12:30 p.m. The Zips men’s soccer team are set to make an appearance at 1 p.m.
