HUDSON, Ohio - A water main break on Middleton Road in Hudson has left 255 people without the resource.
Customers affected are those who live west of Lascala Drive at Middleton Road, including the Chadds Ford allotment, Haymaker Way and connecting streets. Residents in this area are without water and will temporarily be during the repairs.
Repairs on the line will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday to keep minimum pressure to the Hudson Elementary School.
By 6 p.m., officials hope to have the break fixed and water back to affected residents.
A precautionary boil advisory was issued for customers in Hudson and Twinsburg Township, north of and including Middleton Road.
Boil water for two minutes before drinking.
The boil advisory advisory will remain in effect at least through 2 p.m. Thursday.
