GREEN, Ohio - A student from Summit County allegedly upset about pending disciplinary action is accused of posting pictures of teachers on Facebook with the world "murder" under the photographs. The student's mother also is charged in connection with the case.

Dalton Holmes, 18, of Green, is charged with six counts of misdemeanor aggravated menacing and theft after his arrest on Friday. Police said the six photographs of teachers from Green High School had the word "murder" written once underneath.

Summit County investigators said Holmes stole school identification photos, which they say he posted on the social networking site.

Another student saw the Facebook post and alerted a school resource officer, who then notified the sheriff's department.

Investigators arrested Dalton's mother, Kelley Holmes, on Wednesday. Police said she tried to intimidate a witness in her son's case. She is charged her with misdemeanor intimidation of a witness and menacing. Kelley Holmes has to appear in court, but she was not booked into jail.
