CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio - A man is accused of trying to kill his girlfriend after an argument.

David Seitz, 27, is facing several charges including attempted murder and domestic violence.

Cuyahoga Falls police said he and his girlfriend got into an argument and Seitz loaded a rifle and threatened to kill them both, firing six shots in the house on High Street.

The girlfriend said that Seitz also choked her.

Both had minor injuries and police took Seitz to jail.
