Infant dies after home birth, Alliance teens charged

ALLIANCE, Ohio - Two Alliance teenagers were arrested following the death of their infant son last month.
Alliance police said Allyce Bryant and John Dallas, both 17, failed to care for the baby after the delivery at the couple’s home.
Bryant was charged with involuntary manslaughter and Dallas was charged with complicity to involuntary manslaughter, police said. Both were charged with child endangering.
Exactly how the infant died has not been released and the Stark County Coroner’s Office in investigating.
