MASSILLION, Ohio - Fire officials are investigating what caused a massive blaze at a Massillon business on Oberlin Road, SW.
Flames broke out around 1:30 a.m Thursday at one of NFM Manufacturing's warehouse. Crews worked for more than 6 hours to contain the fire and put out hotspots.
According to the Massillon Fire Chief Tom Burgasser, two walls and the roof collapsed.
NFM employees working at another nearby building called 911. They told Newschannel5, the flames were intense and spread quickly. The owner said they make rubber containers to ship their products in the building that went up in flames. He also said, he does not believe that the fire will significantly impact their day-to-day operations.
Fire officials say no one was injured.
