CANTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Several departments have responded to a home in Canton Township Sunday morning for a fire.
Officials say the fire started just after 7:30a.m. on Grandview Avenue NW.
When crews arrived on scene, they found two people on the roof of the building.
The building houses 2 apartments in the back, and a business out front.
An official on scene said that the fire started in the first floor apartment in the back of the building.
Mutual aid from Canton, Perry Township, and Plain Township also responded.
According to Canton Twp. Fire, at least one person has been taken to a local hospital for injuries.
The fire is out. The cause is under investigation.
