ALLIANCE, Ohio - A 52-year-old Alliance woman is in trouble with the law again, charged with her third alleged OVI in as many years.

Wanda Riddle was allegedly driving under the influence and without insurance and was stopped at the intersection of Pike Street and Webb Avenue on the afternoon of Dec. 30.

Riddle refused to take a breath test, officers said, and was dealt a suspension.

Riddle was previously charged and convicted with OVI in 2011 after police said she hit an officer standing next to a car on a traffic stop.

She was in jail for six days for that incident and 20 days for another in July of 2012.
