SHELBY, Ohio - A 90-year-old woman who police say drove into the Citizen’s Bank in Shelby was not injured.
Around 9:30 a.m. Monday, police said Agnes Gerster drove her Toyota Camry through a front window of the 156 Mansfield Ave. bank.
Police said Gerster accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake while she was parking her car.
An employee at Citizen’s Bank said the lobby closed for the day, but the drive-thru remained open until 5 p.m.
