RAVENNA, Ohio - Deputies in Portage County arrested two men they said have been selling drugs in the area.
Christopher Bly, 33, of Garrettsville, and Charles Stephenson, 40, of Akron, were taken into custody Thursday by the county’s drug task force.
Sheriff David Doak said Bly sold crack cocaine to a task force member while being investigated for allegedly trafficking heroin and cocaine in the Garrettsville area.
Doak said Stephenson was under investigation for two weeks prior to his arrest for allegedly selling crack cocaine and Oxycodone in the Streetsboro and Kent areas. Officers arrested him while he was driving under a suspended license and said he had outstanding warrants. He was charged with selling both cocaine and prescription drugs.
Bly and Stephenson were arraigned on the charged in Portage County Court.
